Focus on the fans who will stay by you, not those looking for a cheap deal. Sell off everything else to the multinational conglomerates and focus on the tribe. How will a car company make money if people keep their cars for 30, 40, or 50 years? Parts, accessories and memorabilia are a start. Build something people love and let them create the experience of going back in time.
